Sandra created Sandra Starr Consulting because of her passionate belief that people thrive in the success that they build. Sandra Starr Consulting partners with solopreneurs and business leaders to achieve success through effective communication, strategic marketing, and client experience branding. Programs include analysis and assessment, classroom and webinar training, and executive coaching.
Founder
Sandra Starr is a multifaceted consultant, facilitator, and coach experienced in implementing effective training curriculum, customer service programs, and marketing campaigns. She has a reputation for bringing a consultative and supportive process to the client. Organizations are transformed by uncovering opportunities and customizing solutions tailored to their needs and expectations.
With extensive experience in partnering with Fortune 300 companies as well as start up entrepreneurs, Sandra has developed an enlightened and adaptable approach to coaching and training. Sandra’s expertise is in creatively structuring programs that optimize business development and helps individuals take their businesses to new heights.
Sandra’s track record is wide-ranging as she has spent over 20 years in the corporate world. Her position as a regional training manager for a major retailer fine tuned her abilities to develop and deliver training programs on a variety of topics including customer service, managing teams, safety in the workplace, and leadership. She also worked for a leading training and development company, customizing and implementing training programs from sales to difficult workplace conversations to written and oral presentation skills. And, she developed an expertise for consulting with organizations to become the best they could be while working for a foremost assessment company, putting in place assessment programs for hiring and developing employees at all levels of the organization. In addition, she consulted with her clients to build awareness through employee opinion surveys and 360° assessments.
In recent years, she has prospered with her own entrepreneurial efforts, including representing established and upcoming manufacturers striving to enter new markets.

Sandra is a graduate of Franklin Covey Coaching and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
